Hey all, like everyone else, I am very excited for Toranafest. I am going up on the Sunday morning, am just wondering (i'm sure it has been spoken about before) whether the other day-goers will be meeting and cruising up together, or is every sydney sider going up on friday/saturday?

Hey Mitch,
A small STC convoy from the southern highlands i.e Dad(Hatchblack) and others will be on the freeway you are more than welcome to join our mini cruise to maccas. I usually meet them up under the Foot bridge just after the campbelltown on ramp but we can meet up a little further along the freeway if you want to come with us. Its gonna be early though 5.15/5.30-ish. will post firm details and meet point

Leaving the Southern Highlands at 4.30am to meet up at Campbelltown at 6.15am then up the M7 and onto Thornleigh Maccas to meet up with other members of the STC. Cuppa and a chat then leave for Newcastle at 6.45am.
Anyone is welcome to join the convoy at any stage if you are along the route.

Hi All

I thought that I would give you all an update on what is happening with Toranafest.

Firstly, We have a record number of Pre entrants so far with 176!!

This is great, and we are still getting entry forms in..

A few stats about the pre-entered, for those that are interested..

Total value of cars: $7.31 million (and that's conservative)

Model Break down:
HB-1, LC-15, LJ-54, TA-1, LH-32, LX-63, and UC-10.

Of which we have;
GTR's - 12, XU-1's - 31, L34's - 6, and A9X's - 14. (Oh, and one Sunbird!! )

Our Furthest Distanced traveeld car will cover over 1500km to get to Toranafest!!

Over the coming week, I will add things like a plan of the whole set up as well as some useful info for those bring trailers.

I will also post up a list of Items that we will be selling on the day, as well as a list of the items that we have for the auctions.

I will be towing, probably heading past Maccas Thornleigh about 6-6:15am. The plan is to get to the TFest location about the same time as those not towing.

Hi Chris

most of the "Inner" areas are allocated to clubs, however there are a small number of unallocated spaces in there. First in, best dressed for these spaces only.

I can still allocate an area for the GMH-Torana forum guys, but I NEED NUMBERS!!!!!!!! Don't ask me to allocate on the day..

As for ending up in the sticks... no one will be that far away from the other cars.. 40m maximum..
