Max Aubert will be comming along with his son and his grandaughter (my missus :tease: )

He is also going to try and organise Grahame Moore to come along too. So i get to play Chauffer for the weekend :spoton:

Looks like this will be something not to miss!

I am working on the letters, etc as we speak.. There is a bit involved and we will be sending out close to 200 packs!!

We are hoping to have the Past entrants packs out NLT mid June. It will coincide with the info about the dinner that will be posted here.

On another note, can you talk to Scott (UFOXU1) ref Max and George please?

cheers
Mick

^ watch for weary Yella fella wondering the streets in search of lodgings!!!!

Is that road that they have the annual hill climb up from the beach normally open as a public road? I think Yella would like taking that drive. MG Car Club seems to be building an interesting track as well.....mmmm....

Made my booking today for the motel (ACT and Qld members staying there) you know which one! Friday the 19th and Saturday 20th.

I have a room for 4, it has one double bed, one single and two bunks.

Keith, Jeremy take note the double or queen is mine :P lol

Cheers

Mate,

most of the time, now, it is closed for pedestrian use. It's actually located within Kind Edward Park, which is right on the coast. They have been running Hill climb events there from the 30's - 40's apparently..

The track that the MG Car Club are trying to get council approval for is at Raymond Terrace.

cheers
Mick

Isnt the MG car club involved in trying for the "motorsport facilities" that include a drag strip and a new speedway? or atleast i was under the impression it was near or close to their track.

Yep

that's right. Their track at Raymond Terrace..

King Edward Park is is only used annually for their hillclimb event

I'm sure that there would be no shortage of spare seats around the place, Josh... Just introduce yourself to a few of these guys and I'm sure you'll find a spot...

I agree with Graham on this strongly, i couldn't be
happier knowing that my car will be look after by a
security guard for the 2 night that we stay there.

cheers Keith
