hey guys,1 of my mates is fully into vls bro.. he has a lot of work done by brescanni raceing in cambelfield..ud see his stickers everywhere on vls.

told by my mate he has done a lot of cars up and has owned a few lcs with turbo charged rb 30s.this torana i got pics of here,he did up around 2000 i was told and i dont think he has it anymore

has any1 ever seen it when he owned it or if its around now???

its a lx .i think the pic of the engine bay speaks for itsself on how awesome the car is!and ud have to say the best uve ever seen

the torana ran a 8.74 and it looks f*cken nuts!!!

I might be wrong but that engine bay looks more LC/J than LH/X

That's what I thought when I saw it as well.

OMG I am an idiot. That can't the engine bay of that car. Top of the guards dish down (lc/lj), top of the firewall obviously, top outside edge of the guards is sharp, driver's side wheel arch is wrong shape and has the wrong bodyline in the reflection. And the colour...

certainly is lj/lc has no bolts in gaurds so cant be lh/lx

That engine bay photo is definatley LC/LJ

brescanni is off sydney rd,i was told that was the engine bay..

but i nkow that torana ran a 8.74

the rad support looks lx,is lc lj rad suooprts the same?

Colour looks different too, while that can be out down to the pics, there is no denying the guards angle, firewall, front rail shape & angle are all lc/lj

john brescannis lx torana with the full tubs and the chev that ran a 8.74.

my mistake looked it up its in cambelfield racign work shop i worked at was in coburg n there was a workshop with vl turbos every were asumed it was brescani or rajab but they both in campbelfield ill have to find out who they are whne im there next

It ain't no LC/LJ engine bay. I thought the same at first, just been heavily modified. The plenum has been removed, prolly to use the plenum panel for some heat relief from the engine bay. Guards are also stripped, and prolly a tubular frame sitting in there somewhere holding it all together.

I've seen that car before. A fella i know raced it a couple of times at calder,kept feeding it nos till the engine blew up.
That was after breciani owned it.
