But this GMPA A9X that I recently had the privelege of seeing eye to eye with gets my vote The owner does have the original wheels and it still has the original wheel and tyre in the "boot".
The owner has all of the tags/books etc that came with the car when it was first purchased
Regards ................ Barry
PS ... Sorry 'bout the ol' fella in the photo

in 78 or 79 HDT took an A9X to the goodwood festival of speed in England.
this renowned motoring festival has a very distinct australian influence, in fact one of the perpetual trophies for the timetrial is named after an australian pilot who was based at the aerodrome this circuit once was and lost his life in ww11 flying from there.
anyway the HDT a9x blew a head gasket early on and now sits in the motoring museum at this goodwood circuit.
apparently its speedo reading is nearly as low as that red head who thinks holden didnt put efi on the 202.

I must say THE SS has very good taste.....LOOKING FOR THE BEST YOU HAVE SEEN POST PICS HERE
This is looking great https://cache.gmh-to...5/SSA9X/SS4.jpg
There are lots of top hatches in this thread, I can understand why my favourite Torana is the hatchback.
Im not bias but I prefer my hatch's with big feet and flares as flares were in in the 70s....... Im quite happy with the way my hatches look.
regards......
