WHAT colour is your trim, is it an early or late car, is it an ADR27A manifold you need or the earlier type?

WHATS THE TAG SAY ON THE DRIVERS SIDE? is it ADR27A?
I may have a console in chamois here to suit, IF YOU WANT THE SAME STYLE AS THIS

Oppps... words didnt go with pic...

Anyway... I have been overseas for 4 months.. Car has been sitting round doing nothing.
Got back.. Had her media blasted... no suprises, rust in a few parts which I knew about.
Next stop is the panel shop next week. Its getting done at a mates shop at mates rates. Only prob is they will work on the car in there spare time. So its going to take 3 - 6 months for them to do the rust repairs and paint.
Its no issue though cause I still have to rebuild the engine and clean up and reco many other bits. Its good in a way cause its out of the shed and gives me some room to move!
Will keep the thread updates as pics comes to hand!
Cheers

I hope your mates are more reliable than mine, they all mean well ,and love to offer, but Ive generally found that when it comes to a paying customer, you end up far far down the queue (into the farqueue, get it? :badabing: ). Anyways I hope you prove me wrong and it all goes well for you. Looking forward to seeing it painted.

Well

Car is finally at the panel beaters.. They tell me no more than 6 months. SO fingers crossed.

Pulled my finger out and stripped the engine. The previous owner was true to his word. The engine has not long been recoed. Bores still have scuff marks in them and pistons are new. Lucky if it did a couple thousand kms.
So i have bought a new set of rings and bearing and a gasket set. Even though it all looks fine. Wont hurt.
Had the cam reground and will have her back together tomorrow night.
Am still chasing the correct manifold and carb.

UPDATE!

Shell is still panel shop. Should have some update pics of it soon.

In the meantime I have rebuilt the engine and gearbox.
Big thanks to the guys that helped me me out with some pics of the alternator bracket set up.
M21 looked great inside, just replaced bearings and seals.
Manifold has been found and is getting welded and machined. Still looking for correct quadrajet carb.

Enjoy the pics.

Ok
So the car has been at the panel shop for what seems an eternity!
Round the 10 month mark. They have been real busy and left my car on the back burner.
Finally got some action again the past week or so and they have promised me it will be finished by Xmas! Lets see about that!

Got a few pics of her in the panel shop.
Fingers crossed they have put her in polyester? Will have to go and get some more pics in a few days.
