Hatchman , you must be gutted still to this day, Dont like this threadmuch, anyhow whats your plans for the driveline, do youhave another torry now?

yeah thats a crackup, i'm thinkin second radiator .... :)

look at the door in the top pic, looks like a paddock basher to me!

What was really funny was telling the coppers that we bought it like that and were going to restore it.

It got driven 150kms on a permit with poly pipes running to a radiator in the boot.
When they blew the front radiator was hooked back up.
Wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

Started out really straight before a little bit of pushing.

I have more to add (unfortunately).

Not "the best" bent torrie, but I thought I would share....

This was my second Torrie, which I built from the wreck of my first. After building it for god knows how long...... and on the day I was driving to the servo to get a rego inspection..... I got rear ended, which pushed it into the taxi in front. I had stopped suddenly when a taxi in front did the same, and the car behind kept going.

BOOM.

Pushed me into the towbar of the taxi, which speared through the radiator!

Not happy.....

How fkn spewing would the poor owner of that hatch be, I heard somewhere that a fuel line ruptured and he couldnt put the fire out, so had to watch it burn :cry:

on sunday this happened, left front rail is twisted upwards and to the right. this photo was taken after a crow bar tried to stop the wheel rubbing.

I know the owner of the red hatch,Joshua you may have heard of him he is a member of the Old Skool Muscle Car Club in Brisbane and goes by the name OLX 355 on there forum and yes very upset, has a couple more toranas and a Typhoon ute.
