Got my baby tuned today and I am ready to head to the track. But it sounds like everyone else has the same idea. Maybe we should make it a day when both Calder and Heathcote are running.

Yeah mate, I think i agree.... I really want to head up... But dont want to be dissapointed when i only get 2-3 runs for the whole day... Calder opens up again in Sept? or Oct?

Well I'm out then. While the weather is crap, I am going to pull out my whole front end and replace everything on it.. Not a job I want to do when the good weather comes back. Have to make it in Sept or Oct like MRLXSS said.

Guns N Roses would have to pull out as well. We are putting his diff in this weekend, and we still need to get a tail shaft made up... So best bet is Sept-Oct i reckon. I will be more confident about weather then as well!

there is going to be a huge turn out on sunday
from what i hear
with no calder open yet and the last 2 heathcote meats called off due to bad weather

yeah was rapt
i ran my first 9 sec pass, last run of the day
it went 9.98 @ 135 mph
first pas was scarry as i nearley took out the wall twice
it spun the tyres just past the 60 foot mark and then again just pass half track but we got it together at the end of the day
