yeah it is a bit of cash but you cant get an engineers report from the wreckers these kits have all been tested and are a direct bolt up to disc brake stubs

i've used the Hoppers Stoppers kit on my car and my dads too. they are expensive but the kit comes with everything you need-

new callipers,
new rotors,
new hubs and bearings,
new brakelines,
adapter plate for callipers
nuts and bolts required
and most important an engineers report

i opted for the commodore stud pattern and offset to fit commodore wheels on mine.

So can you just get lc dba rotors and have them drilled to say a commodore stud pattern, then you can run commodore wheels at the back???

does the hoppers kit change the spacing of the wheels much? does it push them further out or what?

if you choose the commodore studd pattern it they give you a different offset to take commodore wheels but other than that it stays the same. have a look at my pics a couple of posts up i have a set of 16" simmons off a commodore on my car, they fit like a glove.

As far as i can tell so far HQ stubs wont throw the front end out.

Well, HJ anyway. I have HJ ones on my front end, hasnt been back in the car yet. I spent about an hour measuring everything with a pair of verneres. Every critical measurement to the wheel alignment is exactly the same.

Cheers.
