Baron,
we'll need to get a pattern for the factory undertray to you so you can play about with how to adjust one, so it works better but still appears to fit up the same.

No worries Makka, they are the plastic clear lenses for the front.

I'd love some mesh ones :spoton:

You can still buy the mesh one new.
For the life of me I cannot rememberr where from though.

I wouldn't mind the mesh ones either.
Busted a headlight going to Echuca once.....

Are we going to see pics of these undertrays?

Is there enough clearance for a standard brake booster/master cylinder with that roll cage bar that extends to forward crossmember mount?

Thanks for the links Rory, one is just around the corner too.

Here is my undertray, version 1. Don't think it will make the race though.

Comments welcome.

The car spent the morning at WA's Bilstein agent yesterday. These guys look after Paul Stubbers A9X's and Camaro.

Problem solved on the height issue, we are staying with the 860 lb springs though, but we are getting a set with greater height in them.

We are going with a custom sway bar, rear mount, with a different mounting to standard.
Track issue solved, nothing wrong with the wheels (as expected) but we will take the cutter to the front guards tomorrow.

all said, we will not have the springs by race day, so we will reinstall the first set and add some spring insulators.

Good thing is the guy was happy we are on the right track, just need some minor tweeks.

By the by, nice green torry in the carpark (AZER) and a nice green torry on trailer next door.

Yes there is room for the brake booster and master cylinder under the bonnet.

Hello all.

Prior to Targa this week, below is a link to the spectator guide.

From Start to Finish, there are a number of great opportunities to get up close to the action at this year's QUIT Targa West.

The Start of the rally will be held in Forrest Place on Friday 5th September, and this is a great opportunity to see all the cars in one location before they head out to the first stage at Barbagallo and the Shire of Kalamunda.

In the evening, all vehicles will return to Northbridge for the Friday night Show 'n' Shine. You'll never such a wide variety of cars parked in James street at one time. The Northbridge Show 'n' Shine is great opportunity for the public to get a close look at the cars and chat to the drivers.

Thanks Howard for the tip . :spoton:

We finished prologue ok. The car is still picking up the inside rear wheel in hard corners, and that flat spot turned up again coming onto the main straight, but otherwise, ran like a charm.

Quick carby adjustment last night and we'll try again this morning.

We are starting ftfth which is already one up on our finishing order for last year.

I'll try and drop in tonight.

Have a great day guys.
