I can always lend you a "Torana" badge for the day Sarsha, so as long as you don't drive like a Commodore driver you should get away with it OK :tease:

hey dudes, can anyone recommend a good club to join thats not full of wankers that do skids everywhere... i have a few classics, some of them are my lj, wb ute and 69 camaro so i dunno if i am able to join a torana club or not?? the torana and the camaro both need club rego also

The QTCC is not too bad, as is the SEQ Holden Club.
Unfortunately alot of the clubs are being scarred by skid-morons......

There will be a probationary period before you can get club rego with the QTCC.
PM Big T for the QTCC or GML-31(kev) for the SEQHC.

BigT - It will be mandatory that he bring a can to the darg day eh??

Before I post on ozskyline.com.au to make up numbers, do we have anymore muscle cars or friends with muscle cars who would like to attend? I will be PM'ing the people below shortly, once I have bank account details to deposit the entrants fee into.

Please note that once the fee is paid you will be racing. If for what ever reason you cant attend and you have paid a fee you will be responsible for finding someone to take your place. Of course I will assist as much as possible to make this easier for you but I guess the point I am trying to make is that I wont be able to personally cover any refunds due to a change of mind.

Once we have full amount required by Willowbank you are locked in. If we cant get the 30 cars (which I doubt will be an issue) and the event is called off your fee will be returned in full.

Sorry if I sound a bit harsh but I just want to be clear that I cannot afford financially to be out of pocket due to cancellations. I hope you guys understand.

ok thanks guys... i will read the message later but i will be looking at/wanting to get them registered pretty much straight away so i can go on club runs and to the drag day. the club i do join would have to allow me to do this pretty soon unfortunately... i can only drive them on my trade plate so much...

the camaro isnt going at the moment as some piece of scum broke into my workshop at home and stole most of the engine to the tune of about 30k(it was in pieces as i was doing a freshen up and changing cams again) and all the custom covers and billet stuff of my injected wb...

Get him to give me a call mate and I will give him the low down. Club rego has restrictions that may not be suitable for him especially if he wants to take it out on a decent run up north.
