mmm personally i like the idea of the classic 1/4 mile race...tho if it is a good atmosphere and the people are friendsly it would be ok...but thats whats great about heathcote, they are very open toward newcomers to drag racing which was great.

Ballarat has drags on the 2nd of November which is a Sunday on the Saturday there is some monaro day i have herd that there is over 250 of them turning up what a day that will be .
How many Peeps going to this?
Might be worth a cruise in the Torries?

Well, I got a reply from Joanne... Just seemed to ignored me begging about hiring the track! LOL
But there is a new updated Calender now, so at least we can plan a date i guess?

Seeing its still months away, Can people put a Holiday day in early and take the Friday off work? I know it will be hard for some people... Just a thought. (Even chuck a sicky *cough* *cough*)
The 13th is screaming out to me, Then people can choose the day they want to go to Airshow, Also if the weather is looking crap, people can choose not to head up, and also the chance of a 43 Degree track temp is slim to none!
The Friday night racing starts at 6pm till 10pm, no extra rules except headlights.

Yeah, might be a matter of Heading up friday arvo, setting up in the hotel, then cruising down to heathcote for some racing! Then back to motel for sleep!

dont really have a problem with friday night, might be less people on a friday night rather than saturday/sunday as calder is on on friday nights?
The full day is awesome tho aswell, though as long as we can get decent amount of runs in and its a 1/4 mile its all good

So only tick "Any of them suit me" if you CAN ATTEND ALL OF THE DATES! If not pick the one that you most prefer!
I picked 1st of March, as i think the Sunday is a better day for people to race and prepare (gives you all of saturday to do a last minute service!!)
