And for Barry taking me to some great places on the way and on the way back from Toranafest we did some great laps at Bathurst.
Also like to thank the HVTC for setting up a great weekend with the dinner on Friday night was a great night and good to talk
to Bruce & Ned Nowacki and get my photo with Bev.
Was good to catch up with Forum members from everywhere and was good to put a face to Name.
Had a great meal with the boys from Canberra on Sunday night thanks for been so friendly guys.
Also thanks to Bruce (threeblindmice) and John (Frash da Bucket) for breakfast and tour old Catalina Race track and Katoomba
Nothing like cruising down the hwy with a bunch of guys who share your passion

good score Barry

but yeah, IMO the dogs ferrets and whatever else are fine, atleast they dont run their paws along the side of the car!
And i must admit, I probably played with about 10 dogs during the day, every owner that came near us had Karlie and I introduce ourselves and see if we could pet the dogs (wasnt too keen on the ferret though)
My old man said he had a chat the the "ferret dude" and he was actually a nice guy! not a scabby so and so like he looked.

I'm still coming down from a high after such a great weekend

Unfortunately my body isn't recovering as quick as I would like

Gary, it was our pleasure to have you here as our guest

One thing I have to say and that is you sure can put away the tucker

Yes, Sunday night's dinner at the motel was great with the Canberra mob but I had to keep guard on my tucker with one lad who was eyeing off my Seafood Platter

The 4 NOS SS hubcaps was a good score and I could have made a profit on that same day but they will remain in my shed to be used on special occassions. Sorry

Hope someone snuffled up the XU-1 gearbox.
Sorry if I forgot any forum member's names, it's an age thing.
Earlier mentioned for name tags with possible forum username and christian names together sounds like a good idea

We do this with our Wattle Time Rally here in Cootamundra which will be held in August next year.

Talk about a high I too am high as a kite on life. Considering the pain I was in all weekend I didn't pull up too badly after I got home.
With any luck I might be able to get the photo's Jeremy took up on the forum tonight. I am waiting for the slack B to get them on his photobucket

Cheers

I park with either of the Canberra clubs but am currently not a member of either. The day they don't let me park is the day I start a third club in Canberra lol

If you really want a colour change you could do worse than look at the PPG range or even House of Kolor. Those brands are not the cheapest but they are quality

Glad you enjoyed it mate.
Cheers

Jayson - I like the look of your car the way it is, with the colour does it have more metallic flake in it?
Sorry, for only stopping briefly to chat, wasn't feeling the best after I ate, next year I am bringing a Kebab van along!
Thanks BCR42Y, the metallic is the same amount but it has a course flake rather than the finer flake. I have a bit of a love hate with the colour in the shade its just brown but get it in the light and all of a sudden im in love again. Since i was a kid i have always wanted a black hatch, flairs and drop tank so if i change this will be the combo i go for.
