50 to 100 kmh wind with a wind chill of about -5 it feels like, and just happens to blow straight through my garage.
I'll get it done, probably be the usual mad rush with a week to go knowing me.

I cant wait to go, will be flying up though. It's my 1st year wedding anniversary present

This will be my 2nd time to toranafest.
It will be good to see some 1969 lc gtr's celebrating their 40 years.

Hi All,

things are really starting to move ahead for Toranafest 2009!!

So far, we have an amazing 184 entrants!! If it continues at this rate we could well see the record of 227 entrants absolutely crushed!! My guess is we will probably get around 250 cars on the day.

About a week out we should start seeing some ads for Toranafest on Southern Cross Ten. This is sure to bring more people to the 'fest as it will be shown from the central coast, all the way to Tweed Heads.

One thing I do have to make clear to all the clubs is this:

If you have a member who "enters on the day", he/she will not be parking with their club! The reason is that, for those that know the layout, the ringed area will be completely full of pre entrants, both club cars and others, come Sunday morning.

To help the clubs, here is a breakdown of club entrants that we have rec'd so far.

55 Hunter Valley Torana Club
8 NSW Torana Club
25 Sydney Torana Club
7 Queensland Torana Club
6 Canberra Torana Club
6 Victorian Torana Club
8 NSW GTR & XU1 Owners Club
13 QLD GTR & XU1 Owners Club
3 A9X Club of Australia
1 Riverina Torana Club

if clubs wish to confirm names, they can email me at [email protected]

I am sorry, I cannot hold spaces for clubs if their members have not entered.

anyway. Keep the entries rolling in and we will see you in a couple of weeks

Which club you want???

mate, anyone that has already entered, should be in the centre area. But that all depends on what Time they get there. The problem is that last year we had some big gaps in the circle and that is not happening again.

most of those that have entered, who are not from a club, will more than likely parked on the inner area.

you can still "pre enter" up until the Thursday before...

Unfortunately if you are not pre entered very soon, you will probably not be with them. The numbers are that high!

Also, if you are bringing the "Torailer" I will need to know as well..
