Hi
It was on Carsales not long ago for sale.

I told i guy i known it was on there, as he owned it years ago.

He went & had a look at it & purchased it.

I have not seen it or the condition it is in now, but it look ok by the pictures on Carsales.

It is back on the Central coast of NSW.

I wonder if its the same Steve Courtney that built the Blown Black 1957 Chevy from Running on Empty, his name linked on that mag with the Green Hatch on the front cover

Looks better in the magazine than it looks these days. Unloved bucket of bog came to mind when I saw it.

I remember that car before the wheels were painted green and the tunnel ram was fitted. A guy by the name of Dave Wilson from the Central Coast owned it. As a boy, i used to sit on the side of the road and wait for him to come past each afternoon on his way home from work. That car sat better on the 345's than any other hatchback ive ever seen. Id love to get hold of it to restore back to its former glory now that i have some money. Some current photos would be awesome. Can anyone help?

My parents used to live in Wyoming on the Central Coast and a guy around the corner sold a really neat Holden ute to buy a tough green Torana hatch back in about 1990-'91 it has to be the same car.

Looking through some old pictures from my dads old car club, Ingleburn Performance Show Off. I came across a couple of pictures of this car. It was a regular at all the car shows run by the club.

By that i just mean it's been unloved for a long time and while the wheels and chrome and things look ok in the pics, they are well in need of attention, as is the paint , trim, .....the list goes on

Would not take that much to bring it back to life by the looks of it. Then again I haven't seen it in the flesh.

So does anyone know what is happening with the car?

trna76hb mentioned on the top of this page someone from the central coast of NSW bought it.

Would be nice to see it restored to its former glory.

Great looking car, I am sure with a little bit of elbo grease it can be returned back to it's former glory even if it does look to be in great nik in the recent pictures of the car..........

By the looks of it they loved taking side on pics in the early 90's, here's my old hatch in a Street Machine spread....any similarities...???

Wow, its back on the Coast. I wish i knew it was for sale when it was on Carsales. How much were they asking, if anybody can remember seeing the ad. Perhaps i dont want to know, especially if it went for a song.
