Seeing your (Matt's) SS in 'real life' was a high light and your blue rocket (needs more lower ) too Makka, I hope to say hi again next time blokes.
Did you guys see (hear ) the BLACK LXSS coupe in the far right car park? A tasty burger indeed.

Well i heard some very disturbing news tonight. From what we can work out There were some under cover police walking around Knox last night, one fella was stop by a guy with a little girl in tow and asked him some questions about his car, such as if he had had the car engineered or not as well as the tyre size and the like.
This friend thought nothing of it until he got on to Burwood highway. He was stop and the police asked for his engineers report and also the wheel and tyre size and was busted and yep yellow sticker.
Some of us thought it was just bad luck.
Coincidence???? i don't think so.
Scene number 2.
Another fella stopped by a bloke again with a little girl in tow same sort of questions and bingo once on the highway was pulled up also for the same things as he was asked about by the other guy.
Scene number 3.
Another guy waiting to leave was asked buy this guy with kid in tow if his late model Falcon Ute had a supercharger on it?? This bloke answers his questions and next thing he knows the EPA are waiting for him up the Highway.
This to me spells trouble for all of us who attended this or any other event
So whats going to happen to Knox?? any one want to guess.
As for me i find this sort of thing below the belt. I thought the Knox Police were all for this event obviously not.

Someone said the Knox cop shop is the headquaters from the traffic management coppers... maybe a bad idea to have a meet in the same suburb!

I reckon if we all were ex-cons, known for violence, dealing drugs etc... The cops would give us a police escort and all would be ok! Its funny how the guys who show respect, are the first ones to be walked all over... The quota cops (trying to get there canary quota up) know that these guys will just say yes sir, sorry sir and do as they say... They won't cause trouble and have a heap of other mates pull over and intimidate the police officer to let their mate off.
I have a few good mates that are cops, and they are the best blokes, they have common sense and everything they do is to help the community. Its the 1% of the cops who love showing off, pumping their ego and abusing the power they have...
That being said, there are heaps of unsafe cars on the road, that shouldn't be driving (as well as drivers)! But i bet they never, ever are pulled over and ordered off the road...

Im not saying its right or really all that justified in our eyes. But at the end of the day they will point out that the law is the law and no matter how good you are being, you are still breaking it by having an "illegally modified" (i hate that phrase) car.
I know a certain someone, tonnes of money, no real job (we all know what he does for a living.. never touches the stuff, but runs the local scene) owns ALOT of nice cars.... all street regoed. Something tells me, that someone who can drive a bright coloured yank tank with a BBC, 8/71 and methanol around the local spots, past cop stations and everything else, without being pulled up or anything, HAS to have some "connection" somewhere that makes the coppers disappear...
its not right hey, but it happens.
