When I sure this setup I had no idea what it was, this thread sorta put me on the right track. No idea what advantages it has though... Wouldn't mind reading a little more into it now..

How close are the combustion chambers in the head, to aligning with that on the 202?
would be a pretty massive job IMO, especially clearancing everything

It's the 3.9/4L heads AFAIK.
Same bore spacing. Spin head front to back.
You'll need to weld some meat to the top off side of the block (oil pump side).
Voila, cross flow.
It IS possible to redrill the water supply, but v. difficult.

Have also heard of an OHC setup which used the EA-AU style head.
Which head do you plan to use?
By the way, anyone know if the BA's kept the same bore spacing? twin cam, 16 valve 202 would be pretty awesome
In the future I plan to play around with one of these setups
