Just after 2pm, Burwood Rd, NSW, heading north as part of a wedding procession.

Papaya LX Torana, flares, drop tank, silver black out on rear spoiler.

Number plate would indicate it's an LX A9X; if the plate is correct.

Not sure if it's a hired car for the wedding, there was also a nicely done up old hot rod, done up Ford Cortina TE and some bikes.

Spotted a red and blue G-Pac on a trailer last Saturday afternoon, didn't look too bad but it was late in the afternoon so didn't see too much of it.

Spottoed a nice looking green LJ XU1 heading north on old northen road 2 days ago in the afternoon. Looked like a woman heading back from Enogerra barracks. Sounded good when she gave it a punt at the top of the hill.

Saw this today in Sunbury. Didn't get to speak to or see owner so I blanked his number plate out. Were personalized black Vic plates however incase someone knows it

Was very neat looking paint, interior looked pretty immaculate and even had the baby seat in it. Wish I heard it running but was in the shops

You couldn't miss that one parked there, everything else around it might as well be in black and white.

Last weekend while down the coast I saw a red xu1 on Saturday, a green lh/lx on a trailer on Sunday and then headed north on Monday a yellow slr5000. Later on Monday I saw another yellow slr5000 on a tilt tray near Kiama being followed by it's twin. It was a busy weekend.
Then on Tuesday we had 5 Lc and Lj's at my friends place at the one time. That's a rare site.

Sorry no photos to show for it though.

Re the drag torry on the trailer going up Kalamunda rd (previous page).

This belongs to the son of the guy across the road. The son also has a red road worthy (well if the cops dont look too close) red and black LX that was doing 11 or 12 second quarters.

I got to peek in his garage..........ignoring the sons drag car there was:

1 beautiful red HQ - mint condition - completely stock (the guy is an ex panel beater)

1 green HQ - little weather worn but still nice.

1 Blue HZ Monaro

1 red LC (could have been an LJ but lets not argue) also completely stock and mint.

and something else under the cover next to the HZ that I did not really see.

Apparently at his old mans place he also has a couple of other cars including another HZ monaro in pieces. And apparently the holden car collecting runs in the family - a few brothers also have a few cars.

Sigh!

Makes my lone Torry in the backyard a little sad really. But he has also been over and given me a hand on a few things - so I cannot be jealous and call him names. But I am jealous.........

Nice bloke too.......(Well he has to be with that many holdens)

Funny part is his daily driver is some POS hyundai or something...
