Nice survivor, but you have to wonder what they were thinking with those vinyl roofs, were they supposed to look like a cabriolet or something?

That was way before cabriolets were a thing here. It was meant to make the car look classy.
The vinyl roof dates back to the 1920s, when leather and canvas were used to give a tin-top car the look of a horse-drawn carriage’s movable top. Today, the vinyl roof is best associated with cars of the 1970s, when carmakers convinced us that a covered roof could move you up the status ladder. Join us as we take you through 20 cars that rocked the vinyl roof look:

As you can see, it works really well with some models but a disaster on others. I'm not fond of the half roof, it looks like a receding hairline, lol, nor the one seam look, what was with that? My OCD likes things to be symmetrical, lol.

Couldnt live with a half job though............
My Bogan Sutho Brothers leave something to be desired sometimes.

Yeah I think I know the one.
Came down onto the rear quarters and into a point I think. (After looking at pics not really but I feel like I'm cheating if I edit it lol)
It was used for a scam many times, ie someone said they were selling it but didn't own it, but then it did actually get sold.
I probably have a pic.
