QTCC Torana Display, Sausage Sizzle and Open Day

Alan from the Die Cast Model Shop in Everton Park is having a get together and open day on Sunday 14th December.

He has invited QTCC members to come along and display their Toranas in the shops car park (room for 30) as a part of his celebrations and has kindly offered some incentive. If a free sausage sizzle and a beer or two afterwards isn't enough, how about a chance to win a 1/18th scale Biante Torana valued up to $200 for your efforts? All participating QTCC (and guests) Toranas will receive a lucky number and if your number is drawn, you can pick your prize !!

There is a catch. He would like at least 6 cars to participate please. Fair call too I reckon, as anything less is simply a gathering !!

So, if you would like to get your Torana out on display for a few hours, browse his shop and the great models he sells, enjoy a feed and have a yarn to like minded classic car enthusiasts come along !!

Guests of QTCC are welcome to participate as well.

Rocket is bringing the racing car so we have one definite already.

Definately happening Rod. Hope to get a few more cars by next week. I will email all the QTCC members I have email addresses for and will send something out in the post early next week.

I Should be down for this hopefully.
But the Torana wont be for show, it is in need of some serious love since it has been raining. It keeps getting in no matter what i do :-(.

I will definitely be down for this, can display the car too if needed, Alan has seen it before when i've bought stuff off him. Its not in the best condition its been in, going to receive a make over soon. I was going to the christmas cruise but its too far for my budget atm lol.

Seems like a good oppurtunity to meet some forum members while i am still on this side of the country was planning on going to Brisbane this weekend for a look around so should be there .
