Is your son allowed to drive a V8 in VIC?
Looks like your not leaving nothing to chance. Great build so far.
Er he won't be driving this one. i bought a LH SLR 3300 Manderin Red for him. Found it in a Barn in Bairnsdale. Factory Original. Even had a computer tape under the seat, with all the build specs on it.

Buy of the year at $380 Looks good in the pic whats it like?
Bit of rust to fix, hadn't been driven in 15 years, the guys brother bought it for him direct from Holden. One Owner. Still had the rego sticker in it curled up on the windscreen. Needed a Radiator and a Battery and a splash of oil and it started straight up and drove. 4 speed Manual aswell. Brakes a bit dodgey. But what do you expect. I'm just glad it had no snakes in it. He said he checked when we picked it up but, Didn't look underneath.

We stripped the old paint ourselves and painted it ourselves, ( couldn't afford a panel beater/Spraypainter ) got quotes from $10000 to $25000 bare metal it fix it and spray it. It might not be perfect but it will do till the ecomony gets a bit better, not been such a good year for builders. anyway after what seems like thousands of hours stripping and fixing it up this is what we ended up with.

Carefull with triple springs, will knock a lobe off a cam in seconds. you only need those springs if you have massive lift (roller cam).
Sorry mate it was late they are double. All Put together and tested by Speedworks.
Thanks For the advice tho!

Speedworks! One of my best mates works there! Justin. They build some rip-snorting engines! So no doubt yours will not disappoint mate! My engine will be getting done down there as well!
