Hey mate car looks awesome! Just a quick question, who made your custom hand brake cables? Was it some one local to Dirtbag? I'm needing some done for my Skyline diff conversion. Cheers

Yet another Hatch rebuild

Tim is like mcguyver,
he probably made that cable from a shoelace and an offcut of mig wire joined together with some shwartzkopf hair spray.

Thanks for the kind words Adrian, I've said it before, Tim aint human, He doesn't get bogged down with build problems that pop up from time to time, he just looks at the situation confidently makes a decision on how he is going to solve the problem and runs with it.
Thanks Tintr, Your white hatch looks awesome, and I'm also one eyed. the project looks clean as well, I'll keep my eye out for it on the project thread and follow it. Cheers.
You two look like brothers lol.
Thanks Chris, Spec savers called and said your glasses are ready

Hi Johnno, Mate it was exactly like what Marc said, shoelace and Hairspray lol, Nah, it was a local in the sunny coast, PM Tim, he'll be happy to help you out with a recommend.
Thanks Rod, much appreciated.
BOZE made them, they are 18x8 on the front and 18x10 on the rears, The bolt up face to the outer lip on the rears is 190mm and the dish is 140mm. I wanted to go 11's on the rear but old mate wanted another $700 to widen the rears as much as I wanted to do it, I couldn't see the value in it, also the 11 inch fit and look good, you do get a scraping issue as a bonus, there are ways around the scraping but 10's are easier just bolt up and go.

Hi Garth, WHAT, you sold the hatch, Jesus mate what did you get to replace it, and you better start looking for another hatch, cause every one who has had one and sold it, wants another one.
That's Ando, he's on the forum here, the cars are twins

Bet it was a hoot to get out and open it up on the track a bit!
Would have loved to been there for the day but my bag of shit broke down between the big pineapple and ricks diner.
So what's the plans now, drive the wheels off it?

Mate it was awesome, the car went better than expected, will drive the pants off it, and sort a few little gremlins out.

Thanks for the complement and slap in the face. I'm stuck in the late 70's and 80's, into New Wave and that was an 80 retro CD didn't even notice the song until I played it back at home, but hey you get that. lol.

This is a little clip of me driving past Ando (the other white hatch) he was going as fast as he could, just to give you a speed comparison.
