I managed to pop in for quick look tonight and see you guys go down the track. Great turnout of some top looking and performing Toranas - also those two 'support' vehicles parked in pit area looked awesome as well. As CraigA said, great to see guys bringing out their cars and driving them and showing the public.
I am definately keen to come along next time and run my car. Pls post up details of next night out and I will make sure I get off work to attend.
Congrats to all those who ran PB's

Really enjoyed catching up with a few old friends and meeting other new forum members.
Can't wait to the next event as I will definitely have my hatchback finished and will give it a run,
Cheers Mick.

Lost in Space (nick) came up and said Gday which was great, We're not *THAT* bad to talk to mate! hehehe Next time!
Yeah.. I was TRYING to get away with it, but they spotted it.. It wasnt a worry, the footage came out *Okay* and i'm just shortening it down now and trying to upload it for everyone to see!
Thankfully SImmo taped quite a few runs with our trusty point and shoot so i'm uploading some of those to my webspace now!
Poor Keith was trying his hardest on those cheese cutters.. he really needs some better rubber!

I wouldnt be too worried mate! At least you got it out and had a go! It's a shame it wanst running the best and that the damn rattle is back! Hoepfully you can get it sorted quickly and cheaply!
I had a great night as far as the racing goes!
Passes in order:
12.060 @ 112.83
11.945 @ 113.37 - PB Pass - Got pulled up by ANDRA but allowed to continue without paying for the licence
12.015 @ 112.90
11.980 @ 112.81
11.969 @ 113.21
All my 60' times were between 1.708 and 1.78 wehre my previous best was 1.767 so the stallie has helped a little!
I realised later that i was racing on a full tank of fuel (concerned about the Ultimate shortage!) where normally i run on around 1/4 of a tank!
I got pulled up by the ANDRA stewards on my first 11.94 pass which was my PB!
He told me that if i was going to run another 11 that i'd have to buy a licence, but he was kind enough to let me go without paying for that pass.
Next pass i ran a 12.0 so they let me be and didnt ask for the rest of the night!
Traction was REALLY good all night but the temperature definitely hurt the old girl. When i ran my previous PB the air temp was 10 degrees! This time it was toward the high 20s low 30s!
Anyway, the main thing was getting out there for a run, Catching up with everyone and having a good Chinwag!
Driving out with NUTBOY and GMH355 was certainly something to hear and see, we got lots of admiring looks on the way out
Thanks again to everyone who came out to race or even just to spectate, it really makes it a great event!
Cheers
Tiny.

Some great pics there, keep em coming.
Was great to meet up with people, and meet some others for the first time.
I'm good for that forum sticker for the best reaction time of the night, so post your times guys!
Gotta include myself though, so I'll kick off with a R/T of .027 (PB and last run of the night, so I was happy with that)
Sorry about my .078 Red light against you Tiny, just got too keen, lol.
Nice skid Tiny
