I was under impression plumdinger was LC XU1 colour only

There is a lc gtr in plumdinger with sandelwood trim at petrie in qld, i found the car at the local iga and waited for the owner, he let me look over the car it was a buitey, i wanted so much to buy the car and offered 30k but he would not part with it,,,, i will track him down next time im up there and get some pics.

limo, the plumdinger and linamint where only built in the xu1 combo in 1970, but in 71 you could get them in gtr.

Speaking of Plumdinger & Linamint here's a couple of pictures of me & a mate in a HG Premier - Plumdinger (Special order from factory) & a HG Monaro - Linamint which was available from factory in the summer of 71 colour range.

Yer that's the one tucked up in the back corner in it's own little humidity tent.

I would say it's the only one in that colour as it would of been a special order but who knows ???

I was shown over it when I went and picked up some parts one day. Very nice.
