had couple of people ask about the lower uncut section of dash is this right?
it's in a LH 173 3 on tree
also if so what is it worth? reasonable price

Original uncut black sold on eBay recently for $404.99. They would appear to be the hardest to find of all uncut dashes.

People are still asking stupid amounts for lower dashes...even if they are cut.

Hey limo, if you want to sell the ashtray shoot me a pm, mine got stolen when my car got broken into, the woodgrain SL one doesnt quite suit my black interior...

What sort of Ashtray do you need? i have a few.

I have a Radio delete factory black dash it cost me $350.00 but i must say its perfect. As for the other ones on ebay i gave a black one away 2 weeks ago. for FREE!!!!

I know where there is a brown radio delete, If he still has it i think it's about $300.00

Let me know and i will give you the guys phone number..... He has everything!

As for yours i rekon at least 450-600 to the right person on ebay

i bought a whole dash woodgrain but uncut lower dash with the pocket for 75 bucks, the black textured is the money. an slr lettered black textured ashtray gets 300 bucks its mental.

Darren, you use the term 'radio delete'. The fact is radios were not a standard factory fit on any LH Torana model, so there was no 'delete' option for a radio. Radios were often supplied a genuine dealer-fitted accessory. Many more radios were non-genuine fitments in the aftermarket, the car radio industry was huge up until the late 1970s. Some radios did have factory option codes, but these would be quite rare & I've never sighted a production broadcast sheet with the radio option ticked.

Virtually all LH dashes left the factory door with the dash in un-cut condition. You won't find a part number for an LH dash section, listed separately as with or without radio.

Thanks for enlightening me. so they were all with the pocket and the dealer fitted radios. Is that right? i have had a few dashes where the back looks factory molded not cut off or drilled for the radio knobs by a dealer. And i call them radio delete as there is no radio, not because they are rare or super special. Even tho they are extremely difficult to get.
