I just copied this post from the drag day thread!

Well!
What a bloody top day!
Thanks to everyone who came out today, I hope everyone had fun!

It turned out to be a fairly warm day, SIMMO got roasted in the sun!
We had 10 runs today which is pretty huge really.
I did 2 passes first up to get a base line and they were a 11.60 and an 11.57! Both at 115mph!
Ok cool! Consistent, where it usually is - bewdy!

Lets throw on the 1" spacer!
We did that and then ran an 11.52@ 115, then [email protected]!!
This spurred me to go again, but I blazed the tyres and got an 11.9!
I went straight back for another run and went 11.434 & 119.24 mph!
You bewdy!!

I ran another pass but was a bit off the pace with an 11.50 and decided to call it a day!

What a top day, thanks to John Henman and the crew for our private lane hire,
A big thanks to Wayne, Matty, Daryl and of course Simone for helping on the car!

We are planning a trip at New Years actually, so I might try and organise a little catch up with a few mates if time allows! (It's actually a camping / 4x4 trip... but who knows!)

I can SMELL the 10s, but you know... I just dont want to spend too much chasing it! Just cant afford it mate!

 

I'll just keep tinkering as you say with cheap little upgrades here and there and who knows what will happen! Definitely keep you updated!

Mmmmmmm 10's!!!! hehe. Yeah my beast is good.... driving it a fair bit lately, but not doing anything performance related unfortunately. The kids are now 3 and 1, the fun stuff is on hold for a little longer... but all in good time! One day I will drive the torrie up to your racetrack and we can go head to head! (Note to self - must install the NOS before that happens).
