Hey guys and Gals.
I've cleaned up the garage as I don't have a Torry to put in it.

Somewhere to chill out.
It's got evaporative cooling, ducted heating, TV and games etc, comfy couch and I'll build a new slot car track soon.
Hey LXCHEV.... I might need that bar back!!!! :D

Thanks boys!!!
The corru wall is built for easy removal (on a frame). The whole room was built so that it could be returned to a garage (you never know when a Torry might return to my life!)
If you look at the top pic you can see I built a bulkhead to allow the roller doors to open fully, I have insulated the iron wall and the ceiling as well... it's nice and warm at night and I expect it to stay cool in summer. The floor boards click together, so they can be removed too.
The sliding door can be removed too, with a little bit of work.

Overall the missus is happy with the way it's turned out (she should never have doubted me!!!!!)and I'm rapt I can go racing with my two boys, now 7 and almost 4!!!

V8 Supercars, Trans-Am Mustangs and Camaros, Toranas, Monaros and XYs to build, EHs and FJs too.
Rally Escorts, Porsche 911s, Le Mans Prototypes, Carrera Cup Porsches, 60s/70s Le Mans Sports cars, trucks too!!!!

Bags of fun with a couple of frothies... what a way to wind down, 'eh?

Mate, that is looking fantastic!!! I missed this thread the first time around... do you have room for the Superbar??!! haha. I vote for an extension now, so then you can fit a bar, beer on tap, AND A TORANA!

Great work, very inspirational, and must be excellent hanging out in there now.
