Hey man,

The Torana tacho would be expecting a voltage spike type of signal that usually comes from the coil -. (This is a high voltage spike from when the points are opened for sparking).

To get it to work with the tacho ouput on the ecu you need to build something like this http://img366.images...emulator4ly.gif
