you are deffinetly a skilled master craftsmen . do you think you could make me a plenum chamber? I would be very interested if you could.
Cheers
Mr S, Post some photos of what you are after and PM me your phone number and Ill see what I can do, bear in mind I am flat out until Easter.
Thanks for the disposal offer Ruts but I think I'll get rid of them myself
cookinwithal, I should be fabricating a left hand one over Easter, if all works out I dont think helping you out with one should be an issue.

hi lx8vd77

Hi brocks72xu1,
I dont think Rare Spares have anythjng to worry about, there repair panels are pressed/punched as what I've made is all hand made.
I havn't realy looked at an LC/LJ as far as repair panels, only because I dont have one and dont know what the main rust areas are.
Cheers, Paul.

Mate just put a joggle in it, on one of the photos of it clamped in the panbreak, you can see it has been taped down, then I flipped it over letting it hang out past the apron and used a chaser to tap it down, this gave it a joggle/step up. If I remember rightly you are a sheety as well, so you'd know what I mean.
Yeah mate, I happy with the outcome, all these pieces I have put up here are first attempt pieces, and did not have to remake any, so yeah rapped with how its all going.
All I have to do now is get the panel beater to pull out his finger.
Cheers Paul.

Hi, fantastic work, nice to see a sheety using his skills to save yet another torry.
Just wondering have you considered the possibility of fabricating the inner tail light section, the boxed section that fits behind that nice tailight surrount that you have made.
I would be very keen to purchase off you if you could make these as many others would also as these are a real rust trouble spot.
I know it would take some of your time to do this but you have teased us with your fabricating skill and now we all want!!!! hehehe
Any way post back and let me know as i am very keen to get hold of a couple of new ones.
Cheers mate
Al
Hi Al,

I have purchsed a rad support , 2 tail light outers and 2 tail light "buckets"
They look good so far... yet to test on car
Added them to my "hatch rust repair panel section"
The way I'm going I'll be able to build one from scratch soon

Glad to here they arrived, hope nothing was damaged
You will need to put your tail light in the housing and trace around it with a scriber and trim it to suit.
I left it that way to make sure you had enough metal to suit your car (I think you'll know what I mean).
Cheers Paul.
