Took the head off the race car last night and "CCed" it using brake fluid and found 8:1 comp ratio.
Took the head up to engine builder along with all my measurements:
Bore = 93.54mm (+.060�)
Bore radius = 46.77mm
Bore area = 46.77 x 46.77 (2�187.43mm) x 3.142 =6�872.91mm
Stroke = 82.55mm
Swept Volume = 567�358.72mm or 567.35cc
RA3302 + .060�
Bowl depth 1.6mm
Bowl size 68.5 X 85mm (He found the bowl CC'c in an ACL book anyway)
Gasket .9mm
Piston to Deck .7mm
He calculated 8.2:1
Soooooooooooooo it's on the mill getting 2mm taken of it which he reckons will get it up to around 10:1
