been a few days but got stuck right into it today after getting a heap of motorvation yesterday from easternats and love the beast last night been crook with tonsilitis or somethign past few days so havent been able to do much doc gave me some kick ass antibiotics that seem to be working

nearly got all the floor out cheapo cordless drill shat itself after about 12 spot welds i drilled out so went to bunnings looking for a replacement makita hammer drill/impact drill 75 bucks you beauty works great spits out the spot welds in no time

started on the bonnet rust today as well was only a couple of tiny bubbles visible but as pretty much every one knows rust is very decieving turns out the panel beater bodged the rust job when he painted it wich is not suprising sfound so many short cuts he did possibly the worst panel beating by a so called profesional ive seen to date

any way ill load some pics up when they finish loading onto you tube i think im gonna have to replace the bonnet its beyond my capabiltiys might ask dads panel beater whether he reckons its salvageable

also got stuck into emmas vh today on the only 3 rust spots on her car lower right hand quarter under window seal and spare wheel well

pics soon

You can see the bottom off the indent in that photo. The majority is obscured by the crash pad ;)

Make sure you get your sandblaster back from your mate and use it to clean up the rusty bits on the bonnet and the doors before you finish the repairs.
