engine bay is gonna be gunmetal like the body colour
once its runnign ill take ya for a spin haha would be awesome if it made next deca

well been a while since ive updated this thought id throw up some of the progress manages to flatten out the guards where the brake line bumps are rails are trimmed and ive modified the heater box to accomodate vn heads

also big thanks to jeff lc2dr for coming over to help weld up the guards n giving me a few pointers
i also grabbed some of these a few weeks back

just been applying filler to get all the little lumps and bumps smoothed out its taking for ever if you want i could load up a ton of photos of bog dust im hoping to have the filler all sorted in the next week or so then i can fix up where i rubbed throught the primer and higfill it all get it flat then have to take it to a mates panel shop for some colour

been busy with work and tafe assignments of late so havent had much free time but i have managed to start and finish the chassis connectors null_zpsb96d8791.jpg

finished the welding of chassis connectors n gave floor a quick paint with some cheap subframe black

yeah it took for ever to get the radiuses right would not recommend any one to do that again boosters just a dual diaphragm aftermarket chrome job it almost bolts straight up bolt pattern is only a couple of mm out     girly legs?

Wow it's been a while since I've been on here I've moved house and no longer have access to a computer hopefully can get some pics up of latest progress just been dummy fitting also had the heads ported shouldn't be to much longer before stuff starts going together

Wow been a long time since I been on here heaps has happened moved house again been busy with Tafe and exams and issues with dental work bleeding me dry financially also changed direction from keeping it as a cruiser cam has 600 thou lift n around 270 duration single plain high rise torque power manifold big 4 into one pipes all bits are at engine machine shop in Croydon hoping the have the motor run in on a dyno in February looking to make 550 hp mark at the fly

just curious if you have motor built for the strip or as a general powerhouse. Only ask coz the 4into1 is high revving general strip extractor. Sorry havent read whole thread just saw your update

It's going to be more for the strip also events like PCM May even enter a few skid comps before I repaint the rest of the car
