I have booked Sunday, July 5 for the GMH-Torana forum track hire.

Competitor gates will open at 8:00am; Registration and scrutineering from 8:00am to 10:00am. Racing from 10:00am through to 4:00pm. Lunch break from 1:00pm � 1:30pm.

Yeah.... As it gets closer I'll ask John about catering opportunities to see what we can and cant do!!

In an effort to do the best i could by the members, the pricing that I put up at the head of this post will ALL ( and i mean every red cent) to WSID. Those prices were taken from their official paperwork.

I'm sure we can work out some catering arrangements and i'll be bringing stickers for people to buy on the day too!!

Hi Michael!

I can so absolutely no reason why you could not race it!

As long as it doesn't run quicker than 11.0 seconds, then it should be fine!

I can see nothing in the rules that would stop you from racing it mate! Just the normal safety stuff like ignition inhibitor switches ( for Auto Vehciles), Radiator Catch Can, Throttle Return spring, Everything secured down ( Like Battery), No fluid leaks and Approved Helmet and long clothing and enclosed footwear.


Just reading through the rule book now to see if i can clarify that issue Mike, and came cross this too:

BARBECUES
Privately operated gas barbecues are permitted but must operate in an area isolated from competitors� vehicles.

So i wonder if we can rustle upa BBQ and some grub for everyone! Saussage Sizzle!
