Didn't have any rice custard, but improvised with a custard tart.

Posted Image

As can be seen in the photos the HB was not subjected to a full strength custard tart.

RESULT IS INCONCLUSIVE...

APL

APL was the taste of that custard tart worth the altered test results?

Myth Busted, or was it...Test subject was actually a 4 speed manual....

Didn't have any rice custard, but improvised with a custard tart.

The HB faired quite well, with the owner appearing not to be nervous.

A comparison was also carried out on an Old Red Taxi...Similar result

I must say I admire people that go to such lengths to prove their beliefs. :spoton:
You blokes are up there with REDA9X and UFO-XU1

Having said that, I don't open the door to religious parties and their beliefs.

Great isn't it, just fun and Toranas, the two should always be together.

As for us poor TA guys.... outnumbered, as only so many were blessed
with the last little Torrie and so many with the first.
We can always stand on the fact that even though you HB guys may take 200 lunches to the
picnic in your HB boot we will always get there first and can fit our esky in the boot
and need to feed so many less.
Cheers

Is that something to do with power to weight ratio ?? ....

I think that plays a part in the reduced carrying capacity.

The classic contoured "coke bottle" shape of the hb boot section is far superior in capacity to that of the TA who some would say resembles a door stop. Such is the reason that only an esky can fit (equates to 100 metric sandwiches or 1 pair of parachute pants)

I felt at the time that the test was fair and above board.

The bite was obviously to compensate for the tarts placement on the outer extremity of my guard and its subsequent affect on cornering when compared to its placement on the taxi.

The superior power of TA would enable it to tow a trailer hence enough capacity to feed a whole army.
We all know coke bottles are cumbersome wereas the TA is shaped like a missile that it is.Thanks for the
support too muzzta your a true beleiver.

Yes it is said that an army marches on its stomach and that "C Rations" & "Bully Beef" take up very little room.

So much so that you could forgo the trailer and use the esky that conveniently fits into that door stop boot.
This way you will not sacrifice any power, on the very strong chance will you cross paths with a HB.

Well what can I say....
Obviously Pretty In Pink knows style when she sees it.

Now you will have to sort out the XU1 to keep up with her, unless you can find another HB. :<_<:

Well it's about time you surfaced Kaz...

You know I have a soft spot for Elsie, even though she is one of those big block units that strayed off the path of the mighty 1159's.

Lucky for you that HB's are far too valuable to be subjected to that kind of punishment over the quarter mile.
I'd put up mine, but you would have to get in line behind an MG, a Mega Hatch, an L34, and a TA.
