They look the same as my LS2 coil packs, mine sit flush. What is stopping the coil packs from sitting flush?

My coil pack bracket is part # 12580353, the coils are part # 12570616.

the backets are the same part number but coils are 12570616. The duct that runs behind the coils hit the purge solenoid and all the breather outlets. I had a look on ebay and they are different coils to the commodore ones

You appear to have posted the same part number for the coils as the LS2 part number I posted. LS1 coils are different.

The LS2 valve cover is different to the LS1. The LS2 valve cover has only one breather outlet and the purge valve is mounted at the front of the head.

The LS2 coils are different to the LS1 coils.

LS2 coils sit higher than LS1, they will clear the booster in LH/X. LS1 coils foul on the booster.
