In the process of installing my 1 3/4" su's. I have a lynx manifold which im about to match port to my 9 port head.
Should i be grinding out these port dividers or not??
Do they really help in performance? or is it there for a 12 port head?

Knock 'em out. Bolt it up to the head with the valves out and spray some aerosol paint through the valve pockets to give you a good guide as to where it needs griding to. Dont put too much paint as it will run and wont give you a correct marking.
