Nothing 'yet' Ed. Just been eyeing off his supercharger and turbo setups!
He's in VIC
hi all i am new around here & have had a few blown holden sixes, years ago when i was in my 20s i had a fisher 4/71 set up & it was good but the gm blowers are a bit heavy & take a bit to drive them, i am now at a stage where i have had the bug bit again & being 20 years older & a bit more wiser i am building up another engine. i have been talking to the guy at aussiespeed about there 4 barrel manifold & the wedge adaptor they make, i couldnt believe how helpful he was with phones ringing in the back ground & didnt just fob me off. they have just started to cast there purpose designed blower manifold to suit 12 port Holden black/blue heads. the manifold suits the yella terra super charger & with an extra adaptor you can fit the v6 ford blower M90 eaton that Hume Performance have & they come up on ebay. The thing i found interesting was when talking to him was he mentioned that every body thinks that manifold design on a blown engine isnt important because the blower pumps in air which on a fuel injected engine isnt a problem. but when its blown & has a carby on top distribution is a important factor as the more even the air fuel is fed to each port the more even the cylinders fill with the correct mix of air & fuel.. which means happier engine, lesser chance of detination & you can run more boost. i dont think aussiespeed do a 471 gm blower manifold but it would be worth giving them a ring..I have a mate running 1 of there 4 barrel manifolds on an EH & i was amaized at how much harder it goes than with the old cain manifold ..
