About 47 cars entered for memory but I'm sure a few other people who went will have some stories to tell.

Yeah thats my LJ with the bent rear end. It happened just near where we met, coming off the Metroplitan Ring Road, at Edger road. Basicaly my mate in the Ute, thought i had turned off the off ramp onto Edger road, and ran into me. I did nearly go, but since traffic had just taken off on Edgar road I stopped suddenly.
I think cause he hit my towbar with his bumper bar, we both got off very lighty, specialy since he reckons he was doing around 60s when he hit me. If you look closely at my towbar you will see the bar is actually bent quite badly.
In the end the total damage is my mate will need just a new nose cone, and maybe a bonnet and the fan shroud. I will need the boot pannel beated and under the bumper bar pannel beated, and a new rego plate.
We still both made it to the drag day and had a blast. My mate ran a best of 14.99, and i ran a best of 17.98
It was a fantastic day. good work to Tiny, LXCHEV and all the others who put effort into today

Yes, i agree the day was excellent, nice to see so many good quality Torana's & Old Holdens in 1 place.
I have added my fav photo's below.
Sorry, i have to start with my car.
My friend from Castlemaine came with his recently finished LX SLR Sedan, it got some serious attention and high praise from a lot of people, it's an excelent example, here's 2 photo's of it if you didn't see it, top engine bay & possibly the the best engine bay on the day.
The Girl's had a play
I wasn't sure which gauge to look at here?
I also believe in the cause and effect theory!
Cause. (It's a bloody big engine)
Effect 1. (Their is a CRITTER in their somewhere)
Effect 2.
All the images are hot links, so if you want the full size original, click the thumbnail.

I'm sure he said it was an LX, but i could be wrong? I'll ring him to confirm it's heritage tomorrow.I know your mate from castlemaine, i was in his trade school electrical class, his car is looking better and better, mags make it stand out a lot more. i thought his was an lh though.
