My vote went to the '67 stang. But perhaps i'm biased!
Strangely.....at the end of the day....my son thought it was the car he would 'take home' too!
I had no influence in his decision........really! lol
It was really good to see 'pink miss' back on the circuit. [pink LJ]
I have never really appreciated the work which has gone into that build,& i have seen the car on many occasions , but now i have a new understanding.
Well done to 'mandy & Dave! [gee i hope i got the 'amanda' part right, thought i dont think i did!] LOL
Great to see the car out & about again!
Obviously there were a lot of nice cars there, but i didn't take too many pics. The crowd was mad!

Thanks Col for your kind words - I am still trying to find my way around the forum - haven't been on for ages - pretty busy...
Great that you caught up with David at the All Holden Day and thanks for the pic!! You will see us around a lot more now. Mandy.

I remember 'Pink Miss" from the early 90's when i used to show my XU1. Mine was orchid so they were both a similar colour. I believe that pink miss has had a makeover in the last few years. Good to see they kept the old colour!

The Rod show is bi-annual.
Last time round i was soooo looking forward to it. The day before the show my back went out & i couldn't walk. :(

I took my 3 nightshifts off so i didn't miss it, i'm sick of missing all the shows around here.
I'm even contemplating the Collinsville one.

Hi Mort, here's a link I found on Eventfinder: http://www.eventfind...-show/home-hill starts 9:00am Sunday @ the Race Course
I also cocked up with the shows. Homehill is this weekend, Mackay Rod & Custom is the 11/12 May, "Classics by the Coast" (Emu Park) is the 26th May, and Collinsville is 1st weekend of June
