These springs are stiffer than standard springs, but should I be changing to a set of "V8" springs?
What are your thoughts?
Any experience with V8 LC/LJ's?

They Measure your Rubber bump Stops in your front end,got to be a certain Height, but if you have rego you wont have to use the V8 Pedder Springs that sit up 6 Foot LOL

Anyone know the difference in specs for the Pedders 6cyl and V8 springs? I wonder whether the V8 ones are the same but just longer... ?

Thanks for the info xu2308. My car already has rego, but is not yet engineer certified with that engine (that will come a bit later).

I say they be higher to lift your Front End,Due to take weight of the V8 but the Springs go overboard LOL,What i did years ago i Built a 4 Door LJ my first V8 LJ,so i knew what i was doin,i had to use the V8 Pedder Springs to get Reg in my state, then once rego i took them out and put in the standard height 6Cyl Pedder Springs in.Back in 1994 ya dident need the Chassis kit in my state or a engineering ticket here, but its changed here now ya need chassis kit and engineering report and V8 LX Discs and V8 LX Calipers plus all your A.D.R's on your A.D.R Plate here in my state.

OK, so where would be the best place to buy a pair of these Lovell springs? How much would they cost roughly?

If so, are there any differences between Kings and Lovells (apart from the yellow and blue)?

But i have had no trouble with pedder in a V8 LJ,the 308 i had in my White V8 XU-1 would Rev to 7000rpm in all gears,so it went hard i had Koni shocks in that and pedder coils, and never had handling probs, the V8 LX Discs And V8 LX Calipers struggled sometimes to slow the beast down.
