Police pinched a guy about a month ago selling XU1 tags on gumtree. At least people doing the wrong thing get done now and then. Hopefully they stitched him up good.

Hey Richo, that Willow XU1 body tag that sold on ebay recently needs to go in this thread. I know you won't mind seeing as it's not yours.

Lucky the seller was able to save the radiator support panel.

Dodgy LX SL/R tags for sale.

hi here is your chance to replace your ID tags if you have an SLR with lost or stolen tags unfortunately learnt a very expensive lesson as my car could not be salvaged due to rust so i am trying to get back some of my money.car had never been in accident or a ride off.colour was abeinth yellow and interior was black with grey insert.if you already have an SLR you will only need the 2 ID tags not the one with the chasis no. but i still have the no.any enquiries ring ian on 0402183858 do not email as working away and no computer access.....

^^What a stupid way to sell SL/R tags. If the car was sold as a front cut with tags still intact there is no legal issue. But to sell them like this??

This one went right through Ebay, not removed which is unusual:

Tony, can you please post the pic of the LX SL/R tags, I still can't get the hang of how to grab a copy of the pics on these ads.

Cheers

Did you enlarge first?
This machine I am on now is a Vista machine, maybe it is different on XP, or Windows 7 or Mac?

Yeah, enlarged it first, however it saved both sizes. I'm running XP.

Must be an Explorer setting or version related or something. I just opened it on an XP machine and looks the same for me. No bother, as long as it works!
