I have seen that car... Think the Auto-elec owns it.... It's been in primer for a while... I don't know who it is... Maybe they are a member?

Here's a couple of pics from This years Drag Day!

I ran a PB of 14.4! So slowly getting faster! HAHA! Don't think its got much more in it though! Maybe by honing my driving skills, i might be able to get a lower 14!

I am tossing up whether to try a Edlebrock Performer manifold i have, to see if the dual plane will make a difference down low over the Edelbrock Torker im currently running. But i need to have the spare manifold i have machined to suit my high comp heads. So its one of those jobs i just keep ignoring! HAHA!

Alrighty,

Well I sold the 202 out of it, to Micklx who put it in his old Torana race car!

When I turned up to pull the 202 out, and I saw this high school kid pulling a Torana apart in a carport, I didn't expect that a few years later the car would be the stunner it is today.

Haven't compared them to night driving, anything would be better to the candle lights they use to be though!

They certainly look heaps better!

Excellent work there Matt, the car is a really nice example of a torana hatch and its great that you've done it all yourself. I am currently working on two mates cars rebuilding them and even though they aren't my cars it gives me satisfaction that they are done in a shed by my own hands. Great work.
