Hi all finally about to start the final straighten and paint of my LJ.

I scored some 2k Picardy red off my Bro in law after he stupidly sold his Monaro b4 they went up.

Anyway it is going to be all one colour no blackouts etc, just flutes and slightly flared rear guards with a hornet scoop.

I had a charger that was mercury silver and loved it.

Have been thinking about silver as there seems to be a lot of red (faster torries out there, and yes they do look good)

What do you guys reckon? and does anyone have any pics of a silver LJ?
Cheers, M.

Yeah there is one blonde on here with an LJ 2-door in silver, cheese cutters and fatties etc, real classic pro street look and it's gorgeous. Generally i don't like silver cars, and i'd suggest the red, but this thing is NICE

LJ355's one looks great in the silver. I'm thinking of painting my lc in the new Mercedes-Benz silver.

Gotta agree with LJ355 - GO THE SILVER!

It will give your car a 'touch of class' :D

Do your homework as you only want to paint your car once.

Mick.

I was about to say.. silver only with black trim. I dont think it'd work with Sandalwood.
Red and sandalwood is like strawberries and cream. Delicious!

I am going an all black interior and think also that silver would go best with black.
