Whose Attending the Hot Rod Show 29th-30th August

i am

after i get that one bolt holding my guard off so i can dolly and respray my dented guard
and get new tyres

hey, no point giving you any pics mate as it is a shell sitting on milk crates =)
I have 99% of everything i need but am just getting into the straightening of the body, all rust has been cut out and plated.
I`ll start a build thread in the next few weeks, just gotta get rid of my VL V8 berlina < another project, why? Why?

umm dattoman no offence but mine is a show car compared to yours:P

its 100% original its shiny

just because its poo brown doesn't mean its not to be part of the hot rod show

basically you just dissed my car

Guess I did

Stand by it though.... only seen the car once and doesn't stand out to me to be something to put in a show

But if you wanna... then power to you...I personally wouldn't
People are hyper critical at shows.... expect negative comments as well as positive and let them roll off
We never took our cars unfinished.. but thats just the way we did it when we used to show ours

I'll be at the show as a speckledtater myself

it doesnt matter about the engine just keep the bonnet closed

mine has an dirty old 202 im keepng the bonnet close and mine is also shit brown and white

and people say it shouldnt be there but im going

yes it was the blue one with the V8 that was restored to pretty much original

yes it was entered and i spent over $600 getting it ready and don't really wanna talk about it but none the less 4 days later shes just about completely stripped

been working on her every day before work and after work

the engine bay and under is just about ready for paint

people seem to think i play around well i've pulled my thumb out off my bum and got into it like a fat kid at sizzlers
