Yo just a thought, you guys recon i should mount my 4 year old set of half worn but been outside in the weather American Racer 245/60/15's on my 15x8 rims for the drag day???? Or will they just be shagged and i should just run my street tyres for my first outing of drag racing in this car???

I just decided for no apparent reason i should go to the drag day.

Just looked up some flights, if i go on stupid days (fly in Thursday 25th and leave Tuesday 30th) its actually rather cheap....like$350.

Big question is who is gonna pick me up from the airport and let me sleep on there floor???

Mate nothings booked yet, gonna get the time off approved tomorow before i book the flights, but looks like i'll land at Tullamarine at 6.25PM on Thursday the 25th, thats the cheapest flight closest to the date....

I've been promising to come to melb for how long now???

It WILL happen. Not as long a visit as i would like, but we will make up for it in just plane old partying hard

How is friday night for you??? Or do you work Sat??

Yeah mate, the weekends will be fine for me!

My car club eastside cruisers have a cruise up to Coldstream on Saturday, we are chucking our cars on the weighbridge to see what they weigh! i reckon heath will be coming along to that as well!

So yeah, more than welcome to stay at mine on the friday night, and the sat night (haven't decided if im driving or towing the torana to heathcote yet, if i tow, you'll have to get a lift up with someone else, as maddy will be in the ute with me)

Where is Makka? I think he is dead... lol

Guys,i'v been on a plane before, no wakkas.

Matty, sounds good for a pre plan crash at yours and hit the drink a little on friday night and tag along with someone on the cruise, that sounds grouse.

As far as getting to the drags goes, maybie i could lay in the back of the hatch if you tow haha.

Thought Maddy was taking her car to??

And yeah, havnt heard from Makka in farkin ages. Think i got his number somewhere will give him a drunken call.

Maddy ain't taking WILDUC, she said last time that next time she goes it'll be with the V8 in it so she can have some real fun!
