Hi all.

this is my First post, been looking around for a while and finally starting a bit of a fix up. A UC torana hatch.

Was wondering if anyone could post up some pics of how the lower corner radius channel lines up with the side channel. (all the pics i have still have the rubber on)
I have got a rare spares rust replacement section and rear bailey channel and have to replace the side channel also but i have no reference on how the channels line up as the rust repair job was started before i took over.

This is the section detail i am after. i have since cut out the corner piece but am not quite clear on how the channel fits in.

If anybody has any pointers on using these replacement panels and lining up the channels it would be much appreciated.

Hi, I was wondering if someone could post a bit more detail on this section of the hatch. How does the corner rubber sill join to the side of the hatch. Its mainly how the left hand edge (see photo) of the replacement channel lines up with the rest of the car. Im confused as how outer edge/lip blends in to the rest of the car. Dimensions and or photos would help. still a bit lost.
Also whats the best way for me to weld these in. Plug welding or just stitch weld on the out side. Comments and photos very much appreciated.
