Depends on the primary colour but Slate 'usually' comes with grey inserts.

One more question... In the parts catalogue on the first page...For Code 19V..It shows that the Headlining and Sunvisors are (N) Neutral.  What colour is Neutral generally.?

What I also meant was, there are 2 options for the headlining and sunvisors. Black and Neutral (N) or Ash. So how can we can we tell what one we need?

(And I'm referring to an LH SL/R 5000)

There is usually an asterisk there somewhere to say that SLR 5000 is black.

If the trim info in Torana Tough is correct and I am interpreting it correctly then the only way to get the ASH (neutral) headliner in an 8VD69 with a 19 trim code is to apply RPO XS9 (vinyl & cloth seats).

Therefore-

Trim code 19V = Black Vinyl trim with black headliner.

Trim code 19X = Black vinyl/cloth trim with Ash headliner, sunvisors and hand grips.

Thanks for that. That will do me as I like the look of the black head liner.

cheers.

I couldn’t see 19V listed in the XS9 option chart.

So if the car has option XS9 it would have had an Ash headlining, and if not all black?
So I'm picking all black then. Because there is no way of knowing if it had XS9 or not.

Also is "Dark Ash" virtually balck? Its hard to tell in that picture. Does anyone have any real world pictures?

Yes. And being V I thought that indicated Vinyl anyways? X or Y would be cloth and I guess that is XS9?

That would be the easiest option to go for.

Its also hard to tell if that is golfball material also. Id be seeing whats even available. Maybe hit up Cools Trims or Boomfunk here.

Any help here?

Yes I think I plan to deal with Cools. Is Boomfunk a member here? Is he an auto trimmer?

There is another 12V back on page 5, but this one is Herringbone inserts in SL/R.

67V on LX8VC77. This is Tan Vinyl with Tan Vinyl inserts. If it were SL/R it would have Gazelle Golfball inserts. (See page 3)

64Y in a 4-75 SL/R 5000. Being an auto and with this trim would probably make it a one of one.  It is up for auction today at Shannons.

Reckon those door trims are original? No chrome piping around what I would have expected to be golfball vinyl?

Definitely not original. Far from it actually. Plus the SLR stripes on the front guards are a big let down too. Not to mention the colour coded bumpers which were not an option on LH.
