Does anyone know/tried to fit them before?

Thats a sweet looking vehicle you have there Craig, thankyou for your pics and response, thats interesting. I have 14 x 7 Cheviot on the front and 14 x 7 ROH on the rear of the same appearance. Only difference is that the ROH wheels have countersunk nuts so this might cause an issue. Only 1 way to find out!

Yeah I would have thought that they had countersunk nuts and it wouldn't work. Interesting to know that there are different types of Hotwires out there!

I know of at least three brands, Cheviot, ROH and Aunger.

Aunger & Cheviot would have been the dealer supplied wheel if you wanted them back in the day, and they have flat faces AFAIK.

Yeah I know they look wierd compared to the Chevoits & others.

The cross for the spokes isnt centered, they got 15 pairs of spokes where
the Chevoit has 13 & the step at the outer edge of the spokes is smaller.
Didnt like the painted spokes so started stripping the paint & smoothing the
spokes for polishing which takes 3 odd hours each, 4 or 5 beers & lots of patience.

Came up OK but still look wierd, but there growing on me, just gotta get the outer
lip cleaned up, polished & paint them black.

Sorry I sidetracked your thread but to make up for it I know a wrecker over here
has 2 of those above pictured caps, think they had red where they lion emblem is
& looked in pretty good nick, if your chasing original ones.

Thanks Jono but I've got countersunk nuts on the rears (ROH) and (Cheviot) normal on the front so my idea prob wont work. Thanks for your offer but I'll have to wait and try and find some cheviots. I do like the way the ROH's fit up though, much easier to locate and put the nuts on compared to the Cheviots I reckon.

Thanks again.

Thanx Heath
Got some 235/50 Eagers in the shed to put on them when done.
Should fill the gaurds pretty well. Will require spacers on the
front as the offset runs them close to the top arm.

No problem Trent
