i saw that and thought yeh that wasnt pump fuel. lol

Well, believe me it was 100% pump fuel when we stopped at the servo and filled up a 10 ltr jerry can! Everyone thought it was race fuel when they saw us pouring it in. Even better when it started to rain and everyone scrambled to get their cars back onto their trailers but we just drove straight out of there and home. No trailer queens here! lol

The car was 1980 and I'm about 85 kg so you do the conversion I think its about 2178lb.That was weighed without the nitrous bottle and system so it could be a bit heavier. I'm looking at getting fiberglass bonnet and boot lid and flexi glass windows for next season so that should drop the weight down a bit.

nice job bad blood, what heavy did you say it was? with that 60ft I'm thinking around the 1800-1900 with you in it ????

No turbo on my car, standard electronic dizzy and coil but I locked the advance so I run it at 25-27deg . At the moment I run a nos fogger just behind each carbie (3xSUs)with .026 fuel jet and .032 nos jet in each fogger nozzle and 900-950lb nos pressure. Looking back now, when I made the nos system I should of put 1 big fuel jet and 1 big nos jet at the junction box that separates the fuel and nos to each carbie, only so I didn't have to buy 6 jets (3 fuel & 3 nos)every time I change hp settings. The 100hp jets were .020 fuel & .026 nos but I'm not sure on the fuel pressure in the nos system(I run 2 separate pumps 1 for the carbies & 1 efi pump for the nos with a restrictor jet in the return line to regulate the nos fuel pressure.

that's awesome what turbo is that got on it nowadays.

so you are running 3 foggers. im not doubting you but according to a couple of jet calculators you are putting less nitrous through your motor than you think. dont take my word for it though there just ball park figures. results speak for themselfs.

My calculations is about 138hp at the fly wheel and about 117hp at the back wheels. 138,140hp :dontknow: around that less is better less chance of a fukushima melt down and super street rule is you cant go under 11.00 sec.

the motor is set up for gas only so havnt really tried to get much out of it, done a easy 14.0 with timing retarded and over carbied, its very similar to Kevin's motor in his EH, mine is just tuned for gas
