Is the gauage of the steel in those new panels,the same as the original ones.

I see they are doing doors seals as well.Sounds like they might be a better fit than what has been available and a very reasonable price ($45.00)

hey, all those guys that have just finished restos must be spewin. but at least there here now and are reasonabally priced too. wonder if all the original parts will still be worth something or will all the lc-lj torana parts prices crash?

lc guards will be in end of feb and the lc grille is 1.6 mm gauge as the original was 1.2 mm they will be three piece and be around $1250 no photos as yet of it but they have said there will be photos added to the catalogue soon. :burnout:

The grill will be three piece? Are you including the headlight bezels as part of the three piece or the actual grill is three piece.

Tanks have had a bit of a hold-up and will now be available early-Feb.

things are running late, guards want be avalible untill april now has the flutes where wrong,, i want be selling these parts or putting my name out there untill all has arrived and thay are right.

Hi John ,What was wrong with the flutes?

THe reason I ask is my car is not original and if there is some incorrect gaurds around i still might be interested ( if the price is right! :-)

as far as i know thay had a problem with the tool that presses the flute, other than that the guards where perfect.
just a up-date parsel shelfs and scuttle panels will be comming too,,, thay will be making new 2 door lj xu1 shells in about 2 years.

Gong it great to see that it not just USA made vehicles that will be available as shells. Now its the aussie muscle cars..... can't wait :D. I would say the only way to get around the ADR issue is bring them in as a part minus some panel that you would need to fit after purchase to complete the shell.
