Wheel wise its gotta be skinny front wheels and tires with wide/deep dish rears, bonnet scoop or bug catcher to cover that massive manifold/carb setup from blocking out the sun of japanese tourists..:D add in some externally mounted cowl gauges with chrome cups. For inside you gotta go with the traditional autometer monster tacho with shift-lite and finish off with a B&M shifter with maybe some harness's + half cage and a nice original style black interior trim. Exhaust wise if its a V8 its gotta be a twin mandrel bent system that exits straight down behind the diff preferably with tips pointing straight at the ground and not out to the sides like some people like em. :spoton:

Hope i didnt leave anything out?..

Chromy spinners, 6 inch rice cannon muffler outlet, massive, multi-storey rear wing, 3-4 different boost gauges mounted on the pillar, tacho bigger that the steering wheel, 18 inches of hot-sub-woofer in the boot...
Oh, sorry... Wrong forum...

Modern pro street:
Two big black pipes CLOSE TOGETHER, doesn't matter if they dump or exit straight, but they have to be under the arse of the car and both near the centre

Obviously fat & skinny wheel & tyre combo combo, not colour-coded, rear needs dish (duh!)

Traditionally styled interior, usually black

Un-subtle guage placement

Decent ride height... not dumped into the weeds

Shit like a hornet or cowl scoop, harnesses, half cage, fire extinguisher, fuel system visible from the outside etc always adds to the look!

No billet, no more than 15" wheel diameter, no low profile rubber. Check out Street Machine magazines of the 1980's. Prostreet is a style which has stood the test of time, but do everyone a favour and forget the graphics.

Bigs,littles,scoop,cage,minimalist interior,only the gauges you need(monster tach,oil and water),no back seat,fuel cell

Horsepower if you are fair dinkum and not just 'stylin' (pulling your pud)

And its got to be tubbed.

No tubs=no pro street.

Oh, don't forget those little red squares and yellow triangles breaking away from the blue and white stripe that ends in square cross hatch.

The faster you can drive in circles the quicker you make yourself dizzy....I can do that spinning in circles in the backyard holding a broom on my nose.

No challenge at all...........
